To ensure your satisfaction, Tea Noir does have a limited return/exchange policy.
Because teas are a consumable product, and because everyone’s tastes vary, we cannot offer refunds if you simply don’t like the tea you’ve purchased. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, we want to know, and we’d like to work with you to make it better.
Do not mail items back without a Return Authorization! Please contact us within 7 days if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to work with you.
Teas that have been shipped to you in error will be swiftly replaced; contact us for a Return Authorization and we’ll have your correct tea out as soon as possible.
Teas that have been opened will be subject to a 40% return and disposal fee.
Nonperishable/non-tea purchases also have a limited return/exchange policy, not subject to a disposal fee. Once again, please contact us for a Return Authorization if necessary.
Our return policy lasts 30 days; please contact us as soon as possible – preferably within 7 days of receiving your order – if there is a problem. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All shipping fees for returns and exchanges (other than teas shipped to you in error) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
