Description

A unique blend of fruit, spice, and herbal notes, based on traditional Moroccan spice mixes and recipes, Road to Morocco is sure to delight.

Road to Morocco takes delicate, aromatic oolong tea and combines it with lemon essential oil, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, and other Moroccan spices, then adds an unexpected, crisp blast of Mediterranean bay leaf. It’s a fresh, clean, very spring-y flavour that we know you’re going to love.

The base for this blend is premium, tippy oolong tea. Oolong is a semi-oxidized tea that’s somewhere between a black and a green in taste – it’s not as sharp or strong as black tea, but neither is it quite as subtle as green. We think you’ll really enjoy it!

Road to Morocco is best drunk black or with a hint of sweetener – we really like honey in this one. It’s great hot or iced, although we’re really fond of it iced. It’s the perfect transitional tea for the warmer weather!

Whatever you do, though, DON’T add cream – the natural lemon essential oil we’ve blended into the tea is powerful stuff and WILL curdle dairy.
